What happens after I submit?

The broker reviews the listing, may ask for documents or clarification, and then publishes it on the board with its own page.

Why are contact details not published?

To protect both sides from spam and circumvention. All enquiries come through the broker, and parties are connected after NCNDA and IMFPA are signed.

How long does a listing stay on the board?

Until the cargo is sold, the requirement is covered, or you ask us to remove it. Listings that are no longer active are taken down.

Can my listing be rejected?

Yes. We do not publish listings without company details, listings for non-physical product, or offers that cannot be confirmed with basic documents.

How posting works

Every listing is checked by a broker before it goes live. This keeps the board free of duplicated and fake offers.

1. Submit

Fill in the form below: product, volume, port, Incoterms and your company details.

2. Review

The broker checks the details and may contact you for documents or clarification.

3. Publication

Your listing appears on the board with its own page. Your name and contacts are not shown.

4. Enquiries

Interested parties contact the broker. After NCNDA/IMFPA are signed, we connect you.
