The rules for posting on the AlArtFuel board, the role of the broker, and how we handle the data you send through the site.

Listing rules

By submitting a listing you confirm that you accept these rules.
  1. Listings are accepted only for physical product and real requirements. Paper trading, “fee-first” schemes and resale of unconfirmed offers are not allowed.
  2. Every listing must include the company name and a working email. Contact details are used by the broker only and are not published.
  3. The broker reviews each listing before publication and may ask for documents (LOI, ICPO, FCO, SCO, proof of product) or clarification.
  4. The broker may edit a listing for clarity and consistency, or refuse to publish it without giving a reason.
  5. Listings are removed when the cargo is sold, the requirement is covered, the poster asks for removal, or the information is no longer confirmed.
  6. Enquiries about a listing go through the broker. The parties are introduced only after NCNDA and IMFPA are signed.
  7. Do not post the same offer several times or under different company names.

Role of the broker

AlArtFuel is an independent broker. We do not own, buy or sell the product listed on the board and we are not a party to the contracts between buyers and sellers.

We review listings and counterparties with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by buyers and sellers, the availability of product, or the performance of any contract. Each party is responsible for its own due diligence, contracts, inspections and payment security.

Privacy policy

What we collect. When you submit a form on this site we receive the data you enter: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, listing or requirement details, and any documents you attach.

Why. We use this data only to review and publish listings, to answer your requests, to arrange NCNDA/IMFPA and to introduce you to the other party of a deal you are interested in. Your contact details are not published on the board and are passed to a counterparty only after NCNDA/IMFPA are signed.

Where it is stored. Form submissions are processed by the Tilda website platform and stored in our customer database. Attached files are stored in a connected cloud storage.

Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica, which set cookies to collect anonymous statistics about visits.

Your rights. You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or to remove a listing, at any time by writing to mr.alex@alartfuel.com.
